The tariff has been designed with you in mind. Should you need a loan to pay for photovoltaic solar panels, it will more than cover the cost of any repayments (over a 25-year period). People with older solar energy systems may still be eligible, but the application process and tariff will not be the same. Any new solar renewable energy system, however, if trained under the MCS scheme and fitted by an MCS installer will qualify.
